Siwan. Today, on Monday, 28 September 2026, an RJD leader was shot dead in Siwan district of Bihar. This incident is being reported from Andar police station area. The deceased has been identified as Kishore Giri. The deceased is said to be the husband of former Andar chief Pratibha Giri and a teacher by profession.

According to information received from sources, Kishore Giri was returning home after doing Panchayat regarding some matter. Meanwhile, miscreants surrounded him near the school of Shivri village, about 200 meters from his house. After that he was shot in the temple from very close range. He was seriously injured after being shot.
