Guests began arriving at Phu My Hung’s Sales Gallery on Tran Van Tra Street around 6 p.m., an hour before the official program began.
The event attracted around 600 guests, including international visitors, entrepreneurs, business executives and senior managers. The main program began at 7 p.m. with an opening performance, followed by a presentation on Triton Crown’s development concept and features.
Prime location in central business district
Triton Crown is being developed on a 12,050-square-meter site in the Crescent Lake area, with four frontages on Tran Van Tra, Nguyen Khac Vien, Luther King and Pham Thieu streets.
After more than 30 years of development, it is one of the remaining sites in central Phu My Hung designated for residential development. The project is surrounded by office, commercial, service and entertainment facilities.

Truong Quoc Hung, Vice President of Phu My Hung, said the urban area has grown from former marshland over nearly 34 years into a community where more than 60,000 people live, work, study and spend their leisure time.
Phu My Hung is now entering what the developer calls its “2.0” development phase, which includes landscape upgrades and new arts and cultural facilities, healthcare services, A+ office buildings and five-star hotels.
For its remaining residential land, the developer plans to focus on luxury and ultra-luxury projects. Crescent Lake, where Triton Crown is located, is one of the focal points of this strategy.
“Triton Crown occupies a very limited land resource. Owning a residence here provides an opportunity to live in the heart of the urban area, with its vibrant surroundings and international-standard amenities outside while maintaining privacy and tranquility at home,” Hung said.
The project comprises two towers of 16 and 18 floors, with 297 apartments, 28 shophouses and four units combining residential and commercial functions.
According to the developer, it is the largest apartment and commercial podium development Phu My Hung has undertaken in the Crescent Lake area. The project covers around 1.2 hectares, with a construction density of more than 58% and a relatively low floor area ratio.
The architecture was designed with consultation from New York-based Handel Architects. Its design draws on the water and curves of Crescent Lake, the movement of flowing water and the image of a yacht.
The facades feature curved lines intended to evoke the movement of water while opening views toward the lake, surrounding landscape and city skyline. V-shaped columns elevate the podium, while openings and canopies are designed to bring more natural light, ventilation and views into the development.

At ground level, the sidewalks follow a “Resort Promenade” concept, creating a lakeside pedestrian route connecting shopping, dining and art spaces with the Crescent Lake landscape.
Triton Crown dedicates around 1,200 square meters to resident amenities, broadly divided between wellness facilities and spaces for socializing, working and leisure.
Facilities include a gym, yoga, dance and Pilates areas, a sauna and swimming pool, as well as a library, co-working space, golf simulator, dining areas and an outdoor reception lounge.
The development will provide more than one car parking space per apartment. Its basement has clearance of up to 2.6 meters and includes a smart navigation system to help residents locate parking spaces.
The apartments use a range of materials and interior features. Bedrooms feature oak flooring imported from Italy and laid in a herringbone pattern.
Architectural surfaces use large-format Verite decorative glass measuring up to 135 by 400 centimeters, combining glazing and metallic polymers to create visual depth and lighting effects.
The project also uses Italian surface materials, including FMG’s Maxfine Onice and Cotto d’Este’s Starlight collections.
In 261 completed two- and three-bedroom apartments, master bathrooms feature Mini Beauty Fridges for storing skincare and beauty products, which the developer describes as a bespoke feature for residents.

At the launch, Triton Crown received preliminary EDGE green building certification.
Tower A recorded projected energy savings of 34.39%, water savings of 28% and a 24.74% reduction in embodied carbon in materials. The corresponding figures for Tower B were 29.46%, 29% and 21.12%.
Targeting affluent homebuyers
Guests at the event were able to learn about the project and visit its show units.
Entrepreneur Bui Quang Minh, also known as Minh Beta, said he appreciated the developer’s attention to the living environment, particularly the building’s stepped design, which creates elevated garden spaces.
He said affluent homebuyers increasingly consider factors beyond apartment size and the number of amenities, including a sense of belonging and the overall living experience.
In his view, a luxury development needs to balance shared and private spaces. Common areas should create opportunities for residents with similar lifestyles and values to interact, while individual residences should respond to their owners’ habits and preferences.
“Phu My Hung thinks about the long-term journey of residents living here, rather than simply completing a building. That is what impressed me most,” Minh said.

Neil MacGregor, CEO of Savills Vietnam, also highlighted the project’s planning approach.
Rather than maximizing the number of units through higher-density development, Phu My Hung has limited Triton Crown to 297 apartments, he said. Features include a parking ratio of more than 1:1, private elevators, 3.2-meter-high ceilings, green spaces and wellness amenities.
“These elements come together to create a distinctive development and shape the experience residents receive,” MacGregor said.
Potential homebuyers at the event also shared their impressions of the project.
Asuka Sakoo, who is of Vietnamese and Japanese heritage, returned to Vietnam about a year ago after living in Japan for 24 years. She attended the event while exploring housing options.
Sakoo said she appreciated Phu My Hung’s greenery, range of amenities and relatively peaceful environment despite the availability of services and facilities for daily life.
It was her first time exploring a residential project in Vietnam. She said the number and profile of guests at the event contributed to her impression of Phu My Hung as an established developer.
“If I have the opportunity, I would definitely consider Phu My Hung as a place to live in Vietnam,” she said.
Triton Crown is the latest addition to Phu My Hung’s luxury residential portfolio in the center of the urban area as the developer moves into its next development phase.
Before Triton Crown, Phu My Hung introduced Casa Luna, an ultra-luxury project limited to 49 residences. One of its apartment towers is designed with only one residence per floor.
