Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad organized an important meeting in the Lower Block Auditorium, Akbarpur regarding the preparations for the Women's Conference to be organized in Ambedkar Nagar on 8th October. In the meeting, detailed discussions were held regarding the preparations, arrangements and outline of the program of the conference.
Guidance was received from Provincial Overseas Provincial Co-Minister Lakshmi Pandey in the meeting. He called upon the workers to get actively involved in various responsibilities to make the Yuvati Sammelan successful.
On this occasion, department head Dr. Devendra Mishra, department coordinator Ankit Singh, department organization minister Abhay Singh Sanu, district student head Annu Gaur, district coordinator Suryansh Tripathi and district organization minister Shubham Tiwari, city minister Harshit Pathak Soli Verma Anupam Sharma Rishu Pal Payal Radhika Shahista Neha Swati Sharma Ujala Shrishti and other workers were present.
In the meeting, it was decided to make preparations on a large scale by assigning necessary responsibilities to the workers to make the conference effective and successful.
