Instructions to extend benefits of government's public welfare schemes to eligible beneficiaries

District Magistrate Today, the Superintendent of Police seriously listened to the problems and complaints of the common people in the Total Solution Day organized in the presence of district level officers in Tehsil Bhiti. During this time, while listening to the complaints related to various departments, the District Magistrate got them resolved on the spot as far as possible and for the remaining complaints, he directed the concerned officers to ensure impartial investigation, timely and quality disposal of each complaint.
The District Magistrate said that there should not be any laxity in resolving public problems. To resolve the complaints, the officers should go to the spot and conduct on-site investigation as per requirement and ensure effective action as per the rules while satisfying the complainant.
He directed all the concerned departments including Revenue, Police, Development, Electricity, Panchayat, Social Welfare to work with mutual coordination and sensitivity in redressal of complaints.
On this occasion, the District Magistrate gave instructions to ensure that the benefits of public welfare and beneficiary-oriented schemes run by the government reach every eligible person, to provide information about the schemes to the eligible persons as well as to provide necessary support in the process of applying and availing benefits.
On this occasion, Chief Medical Officer, Divisional Forest Officer, Sub-District Magistrate Bhiti, district level officers and tehsil level officers and employees of other concerned departments were present.
A total of 119 applications were received in the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas organized in Tehsil Bhiti under the chairmanship of the District Magistrate, out of which 06 complaints were resolved on the spot. Similarly, in other tehsils, a complete solution day was organized in the presence of senior officers, the problems of the common people were heard and their solution was ensured on the spot as much as possible. On-the-spot disposal of 06 out of 73 complaints in Tehsil Jalalpur, 09 out of 93 complaints in Tehsil Alapur, 8 out of 61 complaints in Tehsil Tanda and 08 out of 90 complaints in Tehsil Akbarpur was ensured.
