Vrindavan:The controversy related to Shri Hit Radha Kelikunj Ashram has taken a new turn after the death of Sant Premanand Maharaj's disciple Rasik Dulari Sharan alias Deepak Lodhi under suspicious circumstances. Falahari Maharaj, President of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Sangharsh Trust, has issued a letter demanding an investigation by the Central Investigation Agency into the activities related to the ashram. In the letter, he has made many serious allegations and alleged misuse of the name and image of Sant Premanand Maharaj.
Allegation of alleged misuse of popularity of Sant Premanand Maharaj
Falahari Maharaj has claimed in the letter that some people are using the popularity and religious prestige of Sant Premanand Maharaj for their personal interests. He alleged that the activities of such people are not limited to the ashram, but are also related to other matters including land business in Vrindavan. Virat Kohli's name was also mentioned in the letter
Indian cricketer Virat Kohli has also been mentioned in the letter. Falahari Maharaj alleges that people associated with a private company in Rajasthan had offered Virat Kohli Rs 5 crore in the name of promoting Sant Premanand Maharaj. He claims that some people belonging to this group later joined the ashram in the guise of sadhus. In the letter, a demand has also been made to investigate these allegations.
Questions raised on alleged illegal business of Yamuna Khadar lands
Falahari Maharaj has also raised questions regarding the flood zone lands around Belvan village across the Yamuna. The letter alleges that a network of illegal land trading is active in government lands and the Khadar area of Yamuna. Expressing suspicion of collusion of some officers in this, he has demanded investigation into the entire matter. It is alleged that land deals are being done using the name and influence of Sant Premanand Maharaj. The letter also raised apprehensions about serious cases like alleged trafficking of human organs and missing children. Falahari Maharaj has demanded a detailed investigation by the Central Investigation Agency to get to the bottom of these allegations.
Appeal to Sant Premanand Maharaj to distance himself from alleged mafia elements
Falahari Maharaj has also expressed his respect towards Sant Premanand Maharaj in the letter. Describing him as an important saint for the Sanatan tradition, he said that his image is being affected by the activities of some alleged mafia elements. He has also made a public appeal to Sant Premanand Maharaj to distance himself from such people and leave Vrindavan and reside in Govardhan.
