Green Tea: Many people have a habit of drinking green tea after waking up in the morning. A day cannot start well without green tea. Green Tea Bath:
You can also put green tea in the bath water. Brew 2 to 3 cups of green tea and cool it. Put the cooled green tea in the bath water and bathe with the same water. Also pour the green tea prepared in the bath tub and sit in the water for 10 to 15 minutes. If it is not possible to sit in water, water should be used for bathing. But if your skin is very sticky or irritated, take a shower with clean water.
Green Tea Body Mist:
Green tea is used to get relief from skin related problems. To make a body mist, heat water in a pot and add green tea to it and boil it. Keep the prepared water to cool. Strain the cooled mixture into a clean glass spray bottle. Keep the spray bottle in the fridge for sometime to chill. Apply the prepared body mist on the body, massage gently and rinse the skin with water.

Green Tea and Rice Water:
Heat water in a pot and put a spoonful of rice in it and boil the water. Boil the water and keep the water to cool. Mix green tea in cooled water. Apply the prepared mixture on the face and keep it for some time and wash the skin with water. Antioxidants in green tea help to reduce tiredness on the face. Rice water helps to hydrate the skin. Put green tea on two clean cotton pads and place them on your eyes to reduce eye fatigue.
