There is a warning of storm and lightning in western Uttar Pradesh on the same day. At present, no warning of continuous rain has been issued for these areas. Impact in many states including Chhattisgarh
The weather is also active over Central India and eastern parts amid the withdrawal of Monsoon. Many areas including Chhattisgarh may witness rain and thundershowers. The Meteorological Department is continuously issuing different warnings for the states.
According to meteorologists, the withdrawal of monsoon does not mean that the rains have ended completely. Due to local weather systems, wind direction and moisture, there may be repeat spells of rain in some areas. In such a situation, people are advised to avoid open places during strong winds and lightning.
