In this series, now former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag, while talking about Vaibhav Suryavanshi, has said something which has attracted everyone's attention. He says that Suryavanshi's thinking is like his.
What did Virender Sehwag say?
Former Indian explosive batsman Virender Sehwag has also become a fan of Vaibhav Suryavanshi. She says that Vaibhav also thinks like her and he is now in his prime time. Sehwag said during an event, “Suryavanshi is in his prime and his mindset is like mine that he has to hit on the very first ball. Now it's all about when he gets a chance and how many matches he plays for India.”
Sehwag said that once a player plays in IPL or for Team India, then it is not his age but only performance that matters. Virender Sehwag further said, “If you are playing in the age group then it is understandable. If you are playing in Under-19 then your age should be below 19 years, but once you play in IPL and for the Indian team then age does not matter. 38-40 year old Virat Kohli is also playing and so is 15 year old Vaibhav. Here performance matters.”
