According to Globothe Brazilian forward and influencer Virginia Foncesca have parted ways for the second time. A source confirmed on Sunday that the split was a mutual agreement rather than the result of a specific conflict, with the two simply coming to an understanding that they would no longer be able to continue as a couple.

Vini and Foncesca began dating in late 2025. They previously broke up in May 2026 when Foncesca stated she put so much effort into this relationship but did not want to maintain a romance that no longer fit her personal principles, Goal reported. The couple reconciled shortly after in June, making public appearances at the opening of Foncesca’s gym and seemingly smoothing things over before this final split.

Alongside the breakup, Vini is dealing with a tough time at Real Madrid. The 26-year-old forward was left on the bench by manager Jose Mourinho for Madrid’s recent La Liga clash against Villarreal after his form recently dropped. He came on as a second-half substitute shortly before Yan Diamonde put Madrid ahead in the 62nd minute.

Vini thought he had doubled the lead in the 71st minute and even celebrated with Mourinho. However, a VAR review spotted Vini pulling the hair of Villarreal defender Nathan Saliba during the build-up to the goal. The referee disallowed the goal and showed the Brazilian a straight red card, reducing Madrid to 10 men from the 73rd minute. The team managed to hang on for a 1-0 victory.

The forward later took to Instagram to apologize to his team and fans, though he was criticized for not apologizing to Saliba and for complaining about being repeatedly booked. The red card can get Vini suspended for two or three matches, which could see him miss the upcoming El Clásico against Barcelona.

Vinicius, born in 2000 in Sao Goncalo, was recognized early as a football prodigy of Brazil. He joined Flamengo at age 10 and made his debut at 16. In 2018, he moved to Real Madrid for $50 million, a record fee for a teenager at the time.

At Real Madrid, Vini gradually established himself as a top player. He played a major role in helping the team win two Champions League titles, three La Liga trophies, three Spanish Super Cup titles, one Copa del Rey, two UEFA Super Cup titles, one FIFA Club World Cup and one Intercontinental Cup.

In August, he extended his contract with Real Madrid until 2032, which puts him among the highest-paid players at the club.

Fonseca, 27, began her career creating lifestyle and beauty videos before expanding into the cosmetics business and entertainment production. She was married to singer Ze Felipe, son of famous Brazilian singer Leonardo, from 2021 until their divorce in 2025. They share three children, including a daughter named Maria Flor.
