Actor Karan Veer Mehra, who was present on the ground at the time of the incident, told NDTV that when he came out of the gate, he saw blood stains and came to know that the driver of the Tiger had been shot. In the initial moments, people thought that these sounds were from the birthday party going on nearby or fireworks, but later the truth came out.
Another eyewitness, Salma Shaikh, told IANS that the attacker looked very ordinary and thin. Initially no one guessed that these were real bullets, because there was a lot of noise and celebratory atmosphere there. When Tiger’s car stopped and the driver came out groaning in pain, people realized the seriousness of the attack.

Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Tiger Shroff’s special friend Disha Patani immediately reached the actor’s house to know about his condition. At the same time, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis himself spoke to Tiger on phone and inquired about his well being. The Chief Minister has instructed the Mumbai Police Commissioner to take immediate strict action.
