Karan Wahi Opens Up About Past Romance with Uditi Singh: ‘Marriage Wasn’t in the Stars for Us’

In a recent candid chat, the charismatic TV star Karan Wahi broke his silence about his much-discussed romance with Bigg Boss 20 participant, Uditi Singh. The couple’s relationship became a hot topic after Uditi revealed on the reality show that Karan exhibited controlling tendencies, often casting doubt on her ability to handle even the simplest of tasks.

In his revealing conversation with Siddharth Kannan, Karan painted a vivid picture of their relationship journey. He confessed that when he embarked on dating Uditi, he was at a crossroads in life—no longer interested in casual flings, he sought a connection that promised a future together. ‘I was 33-34 when I started dating her,’ he shared. ‘For me, getting into a relationship meant considering marriage. Without that prospect, I was simply not interested.’

However, Karan clarified that despite the serious intentions, marriage was never truly on the cards for them. ‘There was never a plan to get married,’ he emphasized. ‘We just weren’t a compatible match. My desire to consider marriage was mistaken for an imminent wedding, but that wasn’t the reality for me.’

During the pandemic lockdown, Uditi relocated to India to be closer to Karan while pursuing opportunities with a multinational company. Although discussions about marriage occasionally surfaced, their relationship ultimately couldn’t withstand the pressures, culminating in their breakup in 2022 after two years together.
