Diljit Dosanjh broke his silence in the concert, said don't teach Punjabis to fight, Abhijit Dipke replied

New Delhi. Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh are once again in the news for their statement. During his concert held on October 30 in Delhi, he openly expressed his views on the controversy surrounding the CJP protest and the film Satluj. Responding to the critics, Diljit said that do not teach Punjabis to fight. After his statement, the reaction of Abhijeet Dipke associated with Cockroach Janata Party i.e. CJP has also come to light. Expressing his respect for Diljit, Abhijeet said that disagreement on an issue does not mean that he has less respect for the singer.

Diljit Dosanjh's Aura India Tour 2026 concert was held in Delhi. During this, along with entertaining the audience with his music, he also talked about the criticisms that have been going on for some time. The controversy started when during the movement related to NEET paper leak, Diljit had said that he should be kept away from the issue because he is an artiste. There was a lot of reaction on social media regarding his statement. Abhijeet Dipke, associated with CJP, had also criticized the singer at that time.

Now in the Delhi concert, Diljit expressed his views on this entire controversy and said that he loves all the people because he is an artiste. He said that if he is silent then he should be allowed to remain silent. He supports everyone but Punjabis should not be taught to fight. Referring to the film Satluj, he said that the film which is being made fun of on the stage is the story related to Jaswant Singh Khalda and he has struggled for a long time for that film. Diljit also said that even if someone hates him, he has no problem because he has love for everyone.

Abhijeet Dipke also reacted to this statement of Diljit. He wrote on social media that when the protest was going on in June, he was hurt by one of Diljit's words. However, he said that this resentment was not due to any personal reason. Abhijeet told that he has always seen Diljit as an artist who raises his voice on important issues. This was the reason why his words hurt her a little at that time.

Abhijeet also told in his message that he has been a fan of Diljit for a long time and still listens to his music. He wrote that before returning to India in May this year, he had also attended Diljit's concert in Chicago. According to him, he did not just go to listen to music but he also has respect for Diljit as a person.

Abhijeet praised Diljit for his outspoken style in sticking to his words and giving recognition to Indian music on the global stage while remaining connected to his roots. He made it clear that his love and respect for Diljit has not diminished due to disagreement or misunderstanding on any one issue. In the end, he also appealed to Diljit to understand his younger brother's mistake and forgive him.

  • In this way, after Diljeet's statement and Abhijeet's reply in the concert, this controversy has reached a new turn. It is clear from the talks of both that despite disagreements, the message of maintaining respect for each other has also come to the fore.
