‘A great sin took place in Ayodhya, SIT means share in theft, Akhilesh Yadav got angry.

Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav has launched a scathing attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government over allegations of theft of offerings in the Ram temple of Ayodhya. He said that a great sin has been committed in Ayodhya and till now no FIR has been registered in the matter related to the faith of crores of devotees. While talking to the media at the SP headquarters in Lucknow, Akhilesh said that the role of the SIT formed in this case is also under question.

He sarcastically said that SIT now means ‘share in theft’. Akhilesh Yadav said that devotees from all over the country and the world came to the Ram temple for darshan and made offerings as per their devotion. He claimed that if an average donation of Rs 10 crore comes from every Lok Sabha constituency of the state, then this amount reaches hundreds of crores of rupees. In such a situation, the allegations of irregularities in the offerings are very serious and there should be an impartial investigation.

Akhilesh said that if the matter is so serious then first of all a case should be registered and action should be taken against the culprits.

Akhilesh Yadav also raised this issue on social media platform X. He said that every day new information related to offerings, donations and donations is coming to light, due to which anger among the devotees is increasing.
