Materials:
- Coconut water
- powdered sugar
- Black salt
- Ginger juice
- Lemon juice

Action:
- To make coconut shikanji, first of all, extract the fresh coconut water in a pot.
- Then mix powdered sugar in coconut water. Shikanji syrup should not be made too sweet. Dissolve the sugar completely with a spoon.
- Add soda and lemon juice to another glass and mix. Don’t over mix the lemon juice.
- Add coconut water to the prepared mixture and mix. Then add a spoonful of ginger juice to it.
- Keep the prepared syrup in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours to cool.
- Finally add black salt, mint leaves to the prepared syrup and serve to drink.
