Before Puja (Durga Puja 2026) the fat should be poured. So, opting for a strict diet, pushing all the favorite foods to the discard pile. But does that mean a little 'cheat mill' will not work? There may be a small discount from time to time, especially for those with a sweet tooth. Here's a chocolate brownie recipe that only has 19 calories. Materials
- Banana – 1
- Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
- Oats – half a cup
- Egg – 1
- Baking powder – half teaspoon
- Vanilla essence – half teaspoon
- little salt
- Water or milk as needed
- Calorie-free sweetener
How to make?
First, mash the banana well with your hands or a spoon. Now mix egg and vanilla essence with it. It is better to beat the eggs in advance, otherwise there may be clots in the eggs.
To make these brownies healthier, they use oats instead of flour. So before mixing oats should be ground separately. Take powdered oats in another bowl, mix cocoa powder, baking powder and little salt with it. If there is a device such as a sieve, it can be strained once, if any lumps remain, they are discarded before mixing.
Now mix the dry ingredients well with the banana and egg mixture. If a hand blender is used for this, stir quickly to avoid lumps. You can add little water or milk if the batter becomes too thick. Add calorie-free sweetener as needed at this stage.

Line a small baking tray with parchment paper and pour the batter evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at around 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes. Brownies should be slightly soft in the middle without being completely dry. After cooling, cut into small pieces and serve.
