According to reports, Sarfaraz, a resident of Balrampur, is a first-year paramedical lab technician at the medical college. It is reported that he was on duty in the college lab the night of the incident. The next morning, when other employees and staff arrived at the lab, they found a suspicious slip. Upon seeing the contents, the staff immediately informed the college administration.
