Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) founder Abhijit Deepke on Sunday, on his official However, there was controversy over Deepak's taunting resignation. People demanded action against him. His argument is that Abhijeet Deepke has misused the letterhead.
He wrote on his X account, 'I resign from the post of Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh with immediate effect. I thank Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji for giving me an opportunity to serve the people of MP, an opportunity in which I have clearly failed.
In his letter, Deepke raised the issue of Balaghat. He wrote, 'After the death of more than 30 tribal children in Balaghat, my conscience does not allow me to continue in this post. As Chief Minister, I accept the responsibility for not providing him the necessary medical care and help on time. Many of these lives probably could have been saved and I cannot escape responsibility for that failure. Equally shameful is our insensitivity after his death.

Is compensation of Rs 4 lakh enough?
Deepke also raised questions on the compensation of Rs 4 lakh. He wrote, 'We had initially announced only Rs 2 lakh compensation for each child and increased it to Rs 4 lakh only after protests from the tribal community. This forces me to ask a difficult question. Would we have considered Rs 4 lakh as enough if these were the children of ministers or MLAs? Our attitude shows how little importance we have given to the lives of tribal children.
He further wrote, 'Despite the seriousness of this tragedy, we have also failed to hold health officials accountable. The deaths of innocent children demand accountability at the highest level. Our failures are not limited to health care alone.
Taunt on PM Modi also
Deepke also took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and raised the question of 'Har Ghar Nal Yojana'. Wrote on X, 'While our Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji, who is called 'Vishwaguru', has announced the success of providing tap water to homes under the 'Har Ghar Nal Yojana', tribal families in some parts of Balaghat are still dependent on river water for drinking water, which poses a threat to their health.'

Raised the issue of bad schools
The CJP founder also raised questions on the education system. Alleged that many schools operate in animal enclosures. Wrote in a sarcastic tone, 'The situation in the field of education is equally worrying. In many villages, schools are in worse condition than animal enclosures. In a village in Balaghat, about 75 children from Anganwadi to class five study in the same classroom.
Despite repeated requests from the local tribal community, we have not been able to provide them a proper school building. Today I bow my head with shame and say that even after almost 21 years of BJP government in Madhya Pradesh since 2003, we have not been able to provide basic facilities and respect like safe drinking water, proper health care and good education to many tribal families.
