Dhanrua/Masodhi:- Dhanrua police station has succeeded in arresting an accused who was absconding for a long time. The arrested accused has been identified as Suraj Bind, father Sitaram Bind, resident of Chapaur, police station Lahsuna, district Patna.
According to the police, a case was registered against the accused under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code under Dhanrua police station case number 374/15, GR number 1121/15. He was absconding in the case for a long time, for whose arrest the police were making continuous efforts.
Based on secret information, a raid operation was conducted under the leadership of police officer Pramod Kumar Singh. During this time the accused was arrested from his house. After the arrest, the police completed the necessary legal process and sent the accused to judicial custody.
Police officials said that a continuous campaign is being conducted to arrest absconding accused in pending cases and action against such criminals will continue in future also.
