Accenture will pay Rs 1,000 crore rent in Hyderabad building, sensation in the market

IT and consulting giant Accenture Solutions Private Limited has signed a big business deal by leasing more than 10 lakh square feet of office space in Hyderabad. The company will pay more than Rs 1,000 crore as rent for this office space in the next 10 years. According to property registration documents published in media reports, this is considered to be one of the biggest lease deals in the commercial real estate sector of Hyderabad.

 

Accenture has rented this office space in ‘Aparna Technopolis’ located in Kondapur area of ​​Hyderabad. This project belongs to Aparna IT Hub LLP and is located in the major IT hub of the city. The company has taken on lease about 10.17 lakh square feet of space spread over several floors of two blocks of this project.

The lease will be implemented in two phases

According to the documents, the lease agreement was registered on June 10, 2026. This deal is divided into two parts. The first part is for 10 years, starting from April 1, 2026. Whereas, the second part has been fixed for 9 years and 7 months and it will start from September 1, 2026. The company will initially pay Rs 74 per square foot per month as rent for office space. At the same time, the rent for the cafeteria has been fixed at Rs 37 per square foot per month.

 

Under this agreement, Accenture has also received a total of 996 dedicated car parking slots. Of these, 976 parking spaces have been earmarked for office employees, while 20 parking slots have been earmarked for the operation of the cafeteria. Apart from this, the company has also deposited a security deposit of about Rs 29.5 crore.
