Masauri:- Masauri police station has arrested an absconding accused in an attempt to murder case and sent him to jail in judicial custody. The arrested accused has been identified as Kundan Kumar, father Ramji Prasad, Sakin Agarpur police station Kadirganj district Patna. According to the information received from the police, an FIR was registered against the accused under sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code in Masaurhi police station case number 670/23 dated 16 September 2023. Allegations of assault, deadly assault and abusive language have been made in the case.
Masodhi police station incharge Vivek Bharti said that continuous raids were being conducted to arrest the accused named in the case. Based on secret information, the police team took action and arrested the accused. After the arrest, after completing the necessary legal process, he was sent to jail in judicial custody. Police said that a continuous campaign is being run to control crime in the area and a special operation is going on to arrest the absconding accused.
