Parekh was in Tibet for the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra when the disaster struck. Renowned Bollywood and TV actress Manasi Parekh recently went on a Kailash Man Sarovar Yatra with more than 90 people under the Isha Foundation of Spiritual Guru Sadhguru.

The actor gave information about his return journey on social media and said that leaving China and reaching Nepal border was a very difficult experience.

After reaching home safely, Mansi made several posts on her Instagram stories thanking fans and well-wishers who had contacted her through messages, calls and prayers. He said that during this difficult time, which he described as an extremely difficult few days, this support has helped him a lot.

stuck in my bus for four hours
Mansi told that due to a massive landslide in Nyalam city of Tibet Autonomous Region of China, she and the other people were stuck in their bus for about four hours. After the road was cleared, they continued their journey towards Nepal by road.

After this he told about another landslide that occurred on the Nepal border. Mansi wrote, “Then after a long journey of 40 miles by bus, we reached the Nepal border, where another landslide had occurred. We had to cross there on foot as there was no other way for us to reach the buses waiting on the other side.”

The journey ahead from there was not easy. He described the bus journey to Kathmandu as one of the most bumpy journeys he had ever undertaken. He said, “And then the journey to Kathmandu, which was 4 hours, was the bumpiest bus journey of our lives.”

This difficult journey was worth it
However, the arduous journey was worth it for Mansi as it meant returning back to Mumbai and meeting her family. “But it was all worth it because it meant coming back to Mumbai, being near my family and being able to kiss my daughter,” he wrote.
