Banners, electronic counters, POS machines and stationery were found available at the centre. ADCO Sadar directed the center in-charge to ensure that the target of wheat procurement is met by following the purchasing policy in letter and spirit.
The secretary had gone to the bank branch in Batbantara. Banners, electronic counters, POS machines and related stationery were also found there. Anchal Maurya, a statistician present on the spot, said that due to lack of sacks the procurement could not be started yet. On inspection of the cash book and supplementary in Batbantara, some errors were found.
The ADCO directed the statistician to write the names of the members who deposited the money while making entries in the cash book and supplementary and also to mention the complete details of the loanee members at the time of loan disbursement. Make sure to maintain a separate cash book of the mini bank.
