The mother of the 15-year-old girl who was embroiled in controversy for her offensive remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi has released an emotional statement. Speaking to news agency PTI, she expressed her gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying that his apology on her daughter’s birthday was the “greatest gift” she had received. She said the Prime Minister had given her minor daughter a “new lease on life.”
The mother made an emotional plea, asking that the Prime Minister guide her daughter in the same way he is working to improve the country’s villages. She also made an emotional plea with folded hands to “adopt” her daughter.

A video of the girl using offensive language against Prime Minister Narendra Modi during a Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) protest at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar on July 23 went viral. The incident quickly gained traction on social media.
Following this, Prime Minister Modi responded on social media, saying that some young people and children in the country are being misled and that it is society’s responsibility to show them the right path. He also offered to forgive the girl.
Demand to cancel the FIR
The girl’s mother has appealed to the Prime Minister to quash the FIR filed against her daughter. She says her daughter is mentally traumatized by the constant police presence and is repeatedly apologizing. She also claims that her daughter’s name and age (25 years) are incorrectly listed in the Noida Police FIR.
Demand for ban on social media for minors
The mother called for a ban on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook for children under the age of 18. She said that young children are easily swayed and fall prey to the negative effects of social media.
‘I feel guilty’
The girl’s mother admitted that she realized her daughter’s mistake and that the entire family was ashamed of the incident. She said that not only her daughter, but many children also don’t understand the importance of social decorum and respect and are misled by others into taking wrong steps.
