Tezzbuzz Desk- After his expulsion from BSP, Akash Anand clarified his position through social media on Friday. Describing Mayawati as his political guru and inspiration, he said that he is not going to join any other political party. Akash said that BSP is not just a party for him, but a family.
Akash Anand justified Mayawati's decision to expel his father-in-law Ashok Siddharth from BSP and his retirement from politics. He said that he stands with this decision of Mayawati and wants to serve the party and Bahujan Mission. He also clarified about not being able to repost a social media post of Mayawati. Akash said that he was away from social media at that time, due to which he could not share the post. He said his silence was misinterpreted and gave rise to rumours. He also apologized to Mayawati for this.
Akash Anand appealed to Mayawati to give him an opportunity to serve the party and Bahujan Mission again. Earlier in September, Mayawati had separated him from the party after removing him from the post of national coordinator. Later Mayawati had talked about promoting her younger nephew Ishaan Anand in the organization.
