This is why Meta is emphasizing not only on creating powerful AI, but also on creating easy-to-use AI.
According to Zuckerberg, many of today’s AI tools are designed keeping technical users in mind. To use them, system setup, installation, terminal commands and many types of configuration are required. This process proves to be very complicated for the common user. This is the reason why despite being powerful, these AI agents have not yet become popular on a large scale. Meta’s goal is to create AI tools that anyone can use easily without any technical knowledge. This will be the real power of AI in the future.
Giving the example of OpenClaw, Mark Zuckerberg said that it has a lot of potential, but it is not yet ready for the common people. To setup it, one has to install it on the local computer, open the terminal and make many technical settings. He clearly said that such a complicated process can alienate the common user. Also, he also said that AI based coding tools are important, but the ultimate goal of AI should not be just writing code. Meta is working on such AI which is useful and accessible to every person.
