Fulfilling the long pending demand of the people, I have announced that Qadian will now be made a sub-division. S.D.M., D.S.P., and A.D.C. The offices of the Government will work from a single modern building, which will eliminate the confusion people face in availing government services. To further accelerate the development of Halke, Gurikbal Singh Mahal has been appointed as the new sevadar of Halke."
"The era of exploitation by traditional political leaders is now over. Today, 90 per cent of households in Punjab have zero electricity bills, and 47 lakh families have already received cashless health treatment cards worth Rs 10 lakh. Come, let us all together build a prosperous Punjab."
Addressing the huge gathering, Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann said, "This huge crowd shows that the people of Qadian are eagerly waiting to bring about a change and free this Halka from the family that has ruled the place for decades. Previous governments ignored the development of the border area of Punjab, but our government has made every possible effort to ensure its progress. The people living at the border are true patriots who have always stood by the country like a rock, and our government is fully committed to their well-being."
The Chief Minister said, "The smugglers who represented this constituency for a long time have ruined generations of Punjab. People should teach him a proper lesson in the coming assembly elections." Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann said, "We have grown up eating biscuits made in neighborhood bakeries, whereas these leaders, educated in convent schools in the hills, have been eating gold biscuits smuggled in by their fathers and grandfathers. He has neither any ideology nor any commitment to serve the public. Their only objective has always been to hold on to power. Now is the time for people to understand the difference between bakery biscuits and gold biscuits."
He said, "These royal leaders have nothing to do with common Punjabis. Their cars, clothes and lifestyle are completely different from ours. Those who represented this area in the Assembly, Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha never worked for its development. Instead, they imposed tolls on the roads and burdened the people. Even his own house is divided, with flags of different political parties flying on it."
Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann said, "My name has become a nightmare for the leaders of traditional parties because I have exposed their evil deeds in front of the people. They are not able to digest the fact that the son of a common man is running Punjab successfully. People have already rejected these leaders because they have always cared about their families more than Punjab and Punjabis."
Announcing that Qadian will soon be made a sub-division, the Chief Minister said, “All the formal processes will be completed soon so that people do not have to wait much for their works.” He said that Shiromani Akali Dal is a sinking ship and even its wise leaders are leaving the party in the interest of the public. For years, people voted for the Akalis with the thought that they represented the sacred ‘Takdi’ of great Gurus, but they looted the public and took part in illegal businesses. Of.”
The Chief Minister said, “The Akali Dal, the Congress and the BJP know that they cannot compete with me politically. Therefore, they have come together to defame me on religious issues through fake videos. The Akali leadership ruthlessly looted Punjab and committed many unforgivable atrocities on the common people. They patronized the mafia that ravaged the state and promoted the drug trade, due to which generations of Punjab were ruined during their long rule.”
The Chief Minister said, “Our government is renovating more than 43,000 km of link roads across Punjab and contractors have been made accountable for their maintenance. We are ensuring that every penny of the exchequer is judiciously spent on the welfare of the public and the all-round development of Punjab.”

For the first time, farmers are getting uninterrupted power supply even during the day, which was once considered impossible.” The Chief Minister said, “The tax money collected from the public belongs to them and our government is spending it sincerely on the welfare of the public. Every rupee is being spent on development, better schools, quality health services, better roads and creation of public infrastructure. The public money is now being spent directly in the interest of the public instead of lining the pockets of a few.”
Bhagwant Singh Mann said, “Our government has provided free electricity to households, provided more than 68,000 government jobs to the youth without any corruption, strengthened the road network, saved people about Rs 70 lakh per day by closing toll plazas, strengthened education and health services, created modern infrastructure and taken many historic initiatives in the interest of Punjab.”

Today it has increased to more than 80 per cent, making more water available to farmers and reducing dependence on groundwater.” Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann said, “Our government is continuously working for the development of villages and grants are being issued to ensure all-round development of each village.”
The Chief Minister said, “To keep the youth away from drug addiction, the Punjab government will dedicate to the public 3,100 newly constructed playgrounds across the state by July 15. Promotion of sports is one of the most effective weapons in our fight against drugs, as it can channelize the immense energy of the youth in the right direction and towards nation building.”
Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann said, “Our government has also launched a massive campaign for revitalization of village ponds across the state. A detailed plan has already been prepared for cleaning these ponds, water purification and their use for agricultural purposes. This initiative will be helpful in reducing the pressure on the rapidly depleting ground water level and will strengthen the sustainable irrigation system across Punjab.”
