Politics has intensified regarding Shraddha Dubey, the main accused in the Shiva Sharma murder case in Lucknow. SP President Akhilesh Yadav, while targeting the BJP government, expressed the fear of names of many officials coming out in the case. Referring to the Vikas Dubey incident, he also raised questions on the government.
Tezzbuzz Desk – Political rhetoric regarding the Shiva Sharma murder case has intensified in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav has taken a dig at BJP regarding the main accused in the case, Shraddha Dubey. He said that it is good to have faith and belief, but BJP plays with faith and trust.
Akhilesh Yadav, while targeting Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's government, said that this concern being shown towards Shraddha is to save the government. He claimed that names of many officers and other people may come to light in this case, hence everyone is silent. However, he did not give any names regarding the possible involvement of officials.
Vikas Dubey incident was mentioned
Akhilesh Yadav also mentioned the Vikas Dubey incident in his statement. He said, “You will remember the case of Vikas Dubey. He had saved his government from falling by pretending to overturn a vehicle. In this case also they are doing exactly the same.”
The SP President said that he does not want to get involved in anyone's personal matters, but there is talk of names of many officials coming forward in this matter. After his statement, the political debate regarding the possible administrative role in the case has intensified.
Told LDA as a den of corruption
Akhilesh Yadav also made serious allegations against the BJP government regarding Lucknow Development Authority (LDA). He said that LDA has become a den of corruption and it is being used only to extort money.
Referring to Akbar Nagar, he alleged that the area was vacated in the name of building a river front, but that river front was never built. Akhilesh Yadav has made these allegations against the BJP government.
Akhilesh also spoke on compensation for farmers
Referring to the construction of Agra-Lucknow Expressway, Akhilesh Yadav said that during the Samajwadi Party government, farmers were compensated as per the market rate. He said that if SP comes to power again, farmers' land will be acquired only when they will get compensation as per the market price.
