Ambedkar Nagar mass murder: Aamir, accused of murder of four children and mother, killed in police encounter, two policemen also injured

Ambedkarnagar, 4 May. Aamir, the main accused in the sensational murder case that took place in Meeranpur Moradabad locality located in Akbarpur police station area of ​​Ambedkar Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh, has been killed by the police in an encounter on Monday morning. This encounter between the police and the miscreant took place near the bypass. Two soldiers of the police team were also injured in the encounter. Maraila outpost in-charge Rajesh Yadav and SOG constable Zakir Hussain were shot in their left hands. Both the injured policemen were taken to the district hospital, where they are undergoing treatment.

According to the information received, on Monday morning the police found the location of accused Aamir near the bypass. After being surrounded, the accused started firing on the police. In retaliation, the accused was shot on his chest. In injured condition, he was immediately taken to the district hospital, where doctors declared him dead. At present, we are waiting for SP Prachi Singh to reach the hospital, after which the police will issue an official statement.

What was the whole matter?

This heartbreaking incident happened on Saturday afternoon at around 3 pm. Niaz, a resident of Miranpur Moradabad locality, who works in Saudi Arabia, his four innocent children—Shafiq (14), Saud (12), Umar (10) and daughter Bayan alias Sadiya (8)—were brutally murdered. The children were hit on the head with heavy objects like cobwebs.

Big twist in investigation

This murder case took a new turn when in the initial investigation, the police and the local people suspected the children’s mother, Gasiya Khatun, of the murder, because she was missing since the incident. There were speculations that the mother herself had committed this dreadful incident and absconded.

However, the situation changed completely on Sunday evening when the body of Gasiya Khatoon was also recovered from a drain. After this, the police changed the direction of their investigation and intensified the search for accused Aamir, which ended in an encounter this morning. Police are now investigating what was Aamir’s motive behind this mass murder.
