New evidence unearthed in a series of investigations has revealed that an 18-year-old cheerleader had sex with another boy shortly before she was allegedly raped and murdered by her stepbrother on a Carnival cruise ship. An 18-year-old cheerleader was raped and murdered by her stepbrother while on a cruise, according to federal investigators. At the same time, just before this, the teenager had physical relations with another teenager. His DNA evidence has been obtained and investigation is being done. It is alleged that during that trip the cheerleader also had sexual relations with this other teenager. This information has come to light from recently made public documents.

Body hid after raping sister

The accused of raping his sister is 16-year-old Timothy Hudson. He first raped and then murdered his stepsister, 18-year-old Anna Kepner. The incident occurred last November when the Carnival ship was returning to Miami from Cozumel, Mexico. According to government lawyers, when the cheerleader was strangled to death, only her stepbrother Timothy Hudson was present in the room. After the murder, the cheerleader’s body was hidden under the bed in the same cabin she was sharing with her half-brother and her 14-year-old half-brother.

DNA test becomes big evidence

According to Fox News, government lawyers revealed that cheerleader Anna Kepner also had sexual relations with a teenager during the cruise trip. In the court documents, this teenager has been kept as ‘minor witness two’. Government lawyers made this revelation when they were presenting DNA evidence collected from Anna Kepner’s autopsy.

This evidence also included vaginal swabs (samples) taken from a rape test kit. Male DNA was found in two of these samples. The presence of sperm was confirmed in one of these. These findings allowed the FBI to obtain a search warrant to test Timothy Hudson’s DNA, as well as the DNA of another minor who was accused of having sex with Anna Kepner.

Hudson’s male DNA is also not ruled out.

However, according to government lawyers, when DNA samples were compared to swabs, it was determined that the source of the DNA was almost certainly Hudson, not the other minor. At the same time, the results of the FBI laboratory showed that the swab in which sperm was found. The DNA on it was 120 sextillion times more likely to be Hudson’s. Similarly, the male DNA present on the second swab was also 1.2 septillion times more likely to be Hudson’s.

Government lawyers claim brother killed sister

Government lawyers have said that Hudson was the only person present in Cruise’s cabin when Anna Kepner was strangled to death. Government lawyers also revealed that Kepner had allegedly had sex with another minor while on the cruise, sparking a court debate over DNA evidence.

Lawyer denies murder theory
