While on one hand incidents of firing are heard every day, on the other hand, Meghna Patel, a resident of Jantral village in Mehsana district of North Gujarat, was shot dead by an unknown assailant in America. After this incident, there is an atmosphere of mourning in the entire area including his village.

According to initial information, some unknown person suddenly fired indiscriminately at him, due to which he died on the spot or during treatment for some time due to serious injuries.
