Union Home Minister Amit Shah, joining the 'Save Democracy, Remove Anarchy' grand march organized by the Bharatiya Janata Party in Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana, made a sharp political attack on the Congress leadership and Rahul Gandhi. Addressing thousands of workers and citizens who gathered on the streets, Amit Shah said that the opposition parties are playing with national security and democratic processes for electoral gains. Taking a direct aim at the recent 'Save Vote' rally organized by the Congress in New Delhi, he said that it was not actually an attempt to save democracy or votes, but an attempt to shine politics with the help of fake votes and to provide security cover to illegal infiltrators. Shah made it clear that no matter how much the Congress party protests, the central government will not back down from its resolve to make the country's democratic system completely transparent and free from infiltrators. Amit Shah said in clear words in front of the crowd present in the public meeting that the Congress Party is strongly advocating to save the illegal names of Bangladeshi infiltrators registered in the voter list by creating hurdles in the process of Special Intensive Revision i.e. SIR. Giving an open challenge, the Home Minister said that the opposition can use as much force as they want, but the BJP government will keep purifying the voter list. Every infiltrator living illegally within the borders of the country and breaking into the voter list through fake documents will be identified and their name will be removed from the voter list and they will be shown the way out of the country. He said that no foreign infiltrator can ever be allowed to encroach on the democratic rights of genuine Indian citizens. Claims of removal of 13 crore voters exposed, said this on 3 crore Bangladeshi infiltrators. The Home Minister responded with detailed data to the allegations being made continuously by the opposition, in which it was being claimed that the names of 13 crore valid voters have been deleted during the voter list revision. Putting forward the ground reality of this mathematics, Amit Shah said that the truth of the misleading figure of Rs 13 crore is absolutely clear. He said that out of this figure, about six crore (6.25 crore) voters were those who had changed their old residence and shifted to the new address and their registration has been done at the new address. Apart from this, there were about 3 crore names of those who had died, while about 1 crore entries were registered as duplicate i.e. double names of the same person, which were removed under the law. Taking a tough stand on the remaining 3 crore names, Amit Shah said that these 3 crore are not legitimate citizens, rather they are an illegal network of Bangladeshi infiltrators which was nurtured for years for the sake of vote bank. Asking a direct question to the public, the Home Minister said that the names of 3 crore people who have died, should not their names be removed from the voter list? Who will come and vote for those who are not in this world? Shah alleged that the Congress party wants to win the elections by conducting bogus voting with the help of fake names of these dead persons and illegal infiltrators, but now with the implementation of digital verification and SIR process, this game of fraud is going to stop forever. During his speech, Amit Shah took a sharp jibe at Rahul Gandhi regarding the 'mock parliament' (symbolic parliament) recently organized by the Congress in protest against the Parliament. Shah said that Rahul Gandhi had created a drama two days ago by holding a fake Parliament. If Rahul Gandhi had taken any advice from me before that event, I would have given him only one honest advice that he would have himself sat on the Prime Minister's chair for at least a day without becoming the leader of the opposition in that fake Parliament. The Home Minister further said that in the real Parliament, Rahul Gandhi would never have been able to become the Prime Minister of the country due to lack of public support, in such a situation he would have declared himself the Prime Minister at least in that mock Parliament so that his mother Sonia Gandhi would have got some peace and solace in her mind. Shah said that the leaders who cannot respect the real dignity of Parliament and the mandate of the people are now resorting only to symbolic plays and hollow rhetoric to divert public attention, which only exposes their political immaturity. Questions raised on foreign tours: People's trust can be gained only by living and sweating in the country. Referring to the continuous electoral successes of BJP after the 2024 general elections, Amit Shah said that the people have rejected the negative politics of Congress in every state. He counted that after 2024, BJP has registered historic victory in the elections of important states like Maharashtra, Haryana, National Capital Delhi, Bihar, West Bengal and Assam and now the people of Telangana have also made up their mind to form a government with full majority of BJP in the state. He said that this victory of BJP is a proof of the day and night hard work of the workers and the unwavering faith of the people towards the development works of the Prime Minister. Giving direct advice to the opposition leader, Shah said that to win the elections, one has to come down to the ground and do penance. Rahul Gandhi spends three-four months of the year in the country and the rest of the time he goes abroad for holidays. In this way, people's hearts cannot be won through seasonal politics and part-time leadership. Shah said that if he wants to do politics, then Rahul ji will have to stay within the country and sweat under the scorching heat, stand shoulder to shoulder with the common people in their happiness and sorrow and fight continuously to solve their grassroots problems. The trust of the people of the country can never be gained just by holding press conferences and spreading misleading data on social media.
