Union Home Minister Amit Shah will chair the 28th meeting of the Western Regional Council in Panaji, Goa on Monday. In the meeting, important issues related to the region and strengthening mutual coordination between the states can be discussed. The Western Regional Council includes Goa, Gujarat and Maharashtra along with the union territories of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.
