Pakistan’s foreign office spokesman Tahir Andrabi, in a statement issued in response to media queries on Monday night, called Shah’s comments “baseless” and accused India of using Pakistan-related claims to divert attention from its domestic security challenges.

More than 200 members of ‘Shehjad Bhatti Network’ arrested

Shah said in an internet media post on Monday that more than 200 members of the ISI-backed terror group ‘Shehjad Bhatti Network’ were arrested during a coordinated operation in 14 states ahead of Independence Day, foiling the group’s plan to carry out devastating attacks.

Reacting to Operation Sindoor

The Pakistani military has reacted angrily to Discovery Channel’s documentary “Declassified: Operation Sindoor”. He said it presented a one-sided account of Operation Sindoor and ignored the ground realities of the war. The Pakistani military’s media wing, Inter-Services Public Relations, said the documentary portrays the war from India’s perspective and over-dramatizes it. He also questioned the portrayal of Operation Sindoor as an Indian military success.
