– 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds

– 1 cup coconut oil

Method of making oil

First of all, soak fenugreek seeds overnight.

– Wash the Amla thoroughly, remove its seeds and cut it into small pieces.

– Put soaked fenugreek seeds and amla pieces in a mixer and grind them.

– If you want, you can put them directly in oil.

– Add coconut oil in a pan and heat it lightly.

– When the oil becomes hot, add amla and fenugreek in it.

– Let this mixture cook on low flame for at least 15 minutes, so that the nutrients get absorbed in the oil.

– When the Amla turns light brown or the oil starts emitting fragrance, then understand that the oil is ready.

– Leave it to cool and then store it in a container.

– Now your homemade Amla oil is ready.

The right way to apply oil

You can apply amla oil twice a week before washing your hair. Warm it slightly before applying. Then, lather it in your hands and gently massage it into your scalp. After massaging for 5-6 minutes, wash your hair with a mild shampoo.
