Easy way to increase eyesight – Know Netra Yoga

In today’s digital era, excessive use of mobile, laptop and TV is having a bad effect on our eyes. Problems like eye irritation, dryness, blurred vision and early wearing of glasses have become common. In such a situation, for eye care Eye Yoga There may be an easy and effective method.

Let us know some simple exercises of eye yoga, which can help in increasing eyesight and keeping them healthy-

1. Palming

This is the easiest and most relaxing exercise.
👉 Warm both the hands by rubbing them and place them gently on the eyes.
👉 Keep breathing deeply for 1–2 minutes

2. Eye Rotation

👉 Move your eyes up-down, left-right and round
👉 Repeat 5–10 times in each direction

👉 Repeat this 10-15 times

👉 Do Anulom-Vilom for 5-10 minutes daily

5. Washing eyes with cold water

👉 Clean eyes with cold water 2-3 times a day
