Questions arising regarding application form and government’s answer
There is criticism in some circles regarding the 12-page long application form of this scheme. In the form, detailed information of each member of the family has been sought, due to which some people believe that due to so much paper work, many needy women may be deprived of the scheme. However, Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari himself has assured women on these concerns. He said that there is absolutely no need for any beneficiary to worry, because government officials themselves will go door-to-door and help in filling the forms.
What did the Chief Minister say?
The Chief Minister said, ‘There is no need to panic. Our officers will personally come to your doorstep and provide complete assistance to the women in filling the form. Do not pay attention to any kind of rumours. We just want to ensure that the benefits of this scheme reach only the genuine and entitled beneficiaries.
