Apple iOS 27 Beta 4 Update released: Camera will be available from Siri, know how to download

Apple has released the fourth developer beta (Beta 4) of its upcoming iPhone software update iOS 27. This update has been made available to developers and early testers so that the company can try new features and updates before rolling it out to all users. In this update, many small but useful changes have been made in apps like Photos, Siri, Camera and Apple TV. Apple has also improved some interfaces and removed a feature added in the previous beta.

If you are part of the Apple Developer Program, you can install this update. However, the beta version may contain bugs, so it is important to take a full backup of your iPhone before installing.

What’s new in Apple iOS 27 Beta 4?
A new Automatic Downloads feature for Apple TV has been added in iOS 27 Beta 4. On turning it on, the next two episodes of any show present in the Continue Watching section will be automatically downloaded and will also be automatically deleted after watching.

Now in Photos app “Zoom Photos to Fill” A new option has been given, which shows the pictures of approximately equal size of the screen by slightly zooming them in full screen. This feature will be on by default. At the same time, the Notification Center Wallpaper Effect added in Beta 3 has now been removed.

Siri gets new changes
Apple has also made many improvements to Siri. Now the Voice Selection page has been redesigned and more voice options will be added in the coming time. Apart from this, users will now be able to decide the number of lines visible in Siri Preview. New in Accessibility Settings “Always Show Request” A toggle is also provided, which will show the transcription of the spoken words to Siri on the screen. Additionally, a new Splash Screen will also appear when you open Siri Search or Ask Siri by swiping down the screen.

Changes in Camera and Control Center
Now you will get the option of ProRes Log Video Encoding when you turn on Apple ProRes in Camera Settings. Here users can choose Log or Log 2 format. The update also includes per-network controls for Connectivity Assist and a redesign of the AirPods section in Control Center, which offers more options for Adaptive Mode.

Which iPhones will get iOS 27 Beta 4?
This update from Apple is available for iPhone 11 series and all subsequent models. These include:

How to download iOS 27 Beta 4?
Before installing iOS 27 Beta 4, make sure to take a complete backup of your iPhone. To download, first log in to the Apple Developer Program with your Apple ID. After this go to Settings > General > Software Update > Beta Updates.

Select iOS 27 Developer Beta here. After this, go back to the Software Update page and when the update appears, tap on Download and Install.
