IND vs WI 3rd T20I: The third T20 match is being played between India and West Indies on Sunday (11 October) at Holkar Stadium, Indore. In this match, Indian star fast bowler Arshdeep Singh gave India its first success by making West Indies captain and in-form batsman Shai Hope his victim.
This wicket came on the fifth ball of the second over of West Indies’ innings. Arshdeep Singh bowled a length ball outside the off stump, which quickly came inwards after hitting the pitch. Shai Hope went to play a big shot on this ball towards the leg side, but there was no contact between the ball and the bat. The ball hit the middle stump straight away and Hope had to return to the pavilion disappointed. He could score only five runs in five balls.
The wicket of Shai Hope was very important for India, because he was coming after scoring a brilliant century in the previous match. In the second T20 match played in Ranchi, Hope took the Indian bowlers seriously and played a stormy innings of 102 runs in just 45 balls. Earlier, in the first T20 match of the series played in Lucknow, Hope had scored 52 runs in 37 balls. In such a situation, Arshdeep gave a big blow to West Indies by taking his wicket early in the third T20.

Talking about the match, India, batting first, set a target of 224 runs for West Indies. On behalf of the Indian team, Abhishek Sharma batted in a stormy style and scored 69 runs in 30 balls. Ishan Kishan also played an aggressive innings and scored 37 runs in 18 balls. The fast innings of both the batsmen played an important role in helping India reach this score.
