Made from moong dal, wheat flour and semolina, this puri is easy to make. Due to semolina, puri becomes crispy which also spoils the taste of kachori. Ingredients for Moong Dal Masala Puri:
One cup yellow moong dal, three spoons of semolina, 10 to 12 garlic, piece of ginger, two green chillies, one spoon of coriander masala, one spoon of garam masala, one spoon of Kasuri fenugreek, coriander leaves, one cup of wheat flour, salt as per taste, oil for frying

Step 1: To make Moong Dal Masala Puri, first soak one cup of Moong Dal for seven to eight hours.

Step 2: After the stipulated time, add 10 to 12 cloves of garlic, green chilli and ginger along with moong in the mixer jar. Grind all these ingredients coarsely.

Step 3: Take out the moong mixture in a deep vessel and add three spoons of semolina to it. Adding semolina will make it crispy.

Fourth Step: After semolina, now add one spoon coriander masala, one spoon garam masala, one spoon Kasuri fenugreek, finely chopped coriander leaves and salt as per taste and mix again.

Fifth Step: Now, add wheat flour to this mixture, mix well and then slowly knead the dough with water.

Step 6: After kneading the dough, make a dough and roll out small puris.

Seventh Step: Now turn on the gas, place a pan on it and add oil for frying. When the oil becomes hot, fry the puris in it.

Step 8: When the puris turn golden, take them out in a plate. Your crispy moong dal puris are ready, now serve them hot to the children to eat.
