Defense Minister and Delhi CM expressed grief over Delhi’s Vivek Vihar fire incident
New Delhi. Central and state level leaders have expressed deep grief over the death of nine people in the massive fire in Delhi’s Vivek Vihar area. This tragic incident has shocked the entire country and condolences are being expressed to the families of the victims.
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, while giving his reaction on social media platform X, said that he is extremely distressed by the loss of life and property in this accident. He expressed his condolences to the families of the victims and wished for the speedy recovery of the injured.
Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta also described the accident as extremely tragic and said that she was saddened by the death of nine people. He expressed condolences to the bereaved families and prayed to God to give them the strength to bear this difficult time. Through these messages from the leaders, sympathy and support has been expressed towards the families of the victims. Meanwhile, Minister of State for Corporate Affairs Harsh Malhotra also expressed grief over the incident and said that the treatment of those injured in the accident is ongoing and they are expected to recover soon. He expressed condolences towards the victims.
