Positive signals are being received from the global market today due to the hope of peace talks starting once again between America and Iran and a slight decline in the price of crude oil in the international market. US markets had closed strongly during the last session. However, Dow Johns Futures seems to be trading with a decline today. There was mixed trading in the European market during the last session. There is a bullish trend in the Asian market today.
There was a continuous buying environment in the US market during the last session. The S&P 500 index closed at 7,230.12 points with a gain of 0.29 percent. Similarly, Nasdaq had ended the last session’s trading at the level of 25,114.44 points with a gain of 222.13 points or 0.89 percent. However, Dow Johns Futures is currently seen trading at the level of 49,443.64 points with a weakness of 0.11 percent.
European markets closed with mixed results during the last session. The FTSE index closed at 10,363.93 points, down 0.14 percent. In contrast, the CAC index ended the last session’s trading at 8,114.84 points with a rise of 0.53 percent. Similarly, the DAX index jumped 337.82 points or 1.39 percent and closed at the level of 24,292.38 points.
There is a shopping atmosphere everywhere in the Asian market today. Indices of eight out of nine markets in Asia are trading firmly in the green. There is no change in the Set Composite Index today due to the holiday in Thailand Stock Exchange. GIFT Nifty is trading at the level of 24,216.50 points with a strength of 0.29 percent. Similarly, Nikkei index has reached the level of 59,513.12 points with an increase of 228.20 points or 0.38 percent.
Taiwan Weighted Index has made a strong jump today. At present, this index has reached the level of 40,676.43 points with a jump of 1,749.80 points or 4.50 percent. Similarly, Kospi index has also shown a rise of more than four percent today. At present this index has reached the level of 6,883.06 points with an increase of 284.19 points or 4.13 percent.
Apart from this, Hang Seng Index gained 429.47 points or 1.67 percent at the level of 26,206 points, Jakarta Composite Index gained 0.67 percent at the level of 7,003.76 points, Straits Times Index gained 0.66 percent at the level of 4,945.21 points and Shanghai Composite Index jumped 0.11 percent. Trading at the level of 4,112.16 points.
