There is currently no hope for peace in Hormuz, a setback to efforts to avoid war

Washington/Tehran. Since the end of February this year, the possibility of further intensification of the dispute over the Strait of Hormuz between America and Iran has increased. Recent diplomatic efforts to avert war and reduce tensions have suffered a setback. US President Donald Trump has described Iran’s response to Washington’s peace proposal as completely unacceptable. Iran’s military has warned America and Israel that if aggression resumes, both countries will definitely face challenges beyond imagination.

This development has been discussed in detail in reports by Al Jazeera and CBS News. Trump has completely rejected Iran’s latest proposal to end the war. Iran in its response said that it is ready to stop the conflict. Provided America immediately lifts the naval blockade. End the restrictions. Do not interfere in nuclear program and foreign policy. These include some of the issues that Washington cited to start this war. US President Trump said that America will never do this. It is not hidden from anyone that Iran has the ambition to become the 12th or 13th nuclear power in the world. It also has the capability to launch aggressive operations against Israel. The US also wants to end Iran’s support for terrorist groups like Hamas and Hezbollah. There are some important issues between the two countries, which are standing as a rock in the path of peace.

President Trump wrote on Truth Social, “I just read the response from the so-called representatives of Iran. I don’t like it. It is completely unacceptable!” He said in another post, “Iran has been playing games with America and the rest of the world for the last 47 years. The Obama government had made an agreement in 2015, the purpose of which was to limit Iran’s nuclear program. I did not approve this agreement in my first term. Recently, Iran eliminated 42,000 innocent and unarmed protesters. They are laughing at us. They will not be able to laugh anymore.”

Iran has also warned against French-British efforts in the Strait of Hormuz. Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister said that the armed forces will give a decisive and immediate response if they support America’s illegal action in Hormuz. After this, French President Emmanuel Macron said that this will not be a military deployment, but an international mission whose purpose will be to secure the movement of ships when the conditions are right. The British Royal Navy said HMS Dragon will be deployed to the Middle East this week. HMS Dragon is a destroyer battleship of the British Royal Navy. It is specifically designed to provide protection against aerial threats such as aircraft and missiles.
