Ingredients to make Bread Rasmalai
Milk full fat 1 liter, condensed milk half cup, khoya half cup, chopped cashews – handful, chopped almonds – handful, chopped pistachios – handful, cardamom powder half teaspoon, saffron a pinch, rose water – 1 tablespoon, bread slices – 12 pieces.

How to make Bread Rasmalai
Step 1: To make Bread Rasmalai, first of all, put one liter full fat milk on the gas and heat it. Also add half cup condensed milk to milk. This makes the taste even better and the milk thickens quickly.

Second step: When the milk starts curdling, add finely chopped cashews, almonds, pistachios, cardamom powder and a pinch of saffron and mix well. If you want color then you can add food color and if you do not have food color then you can also add a pinch of turmeric in it. When the milk thickens and turns into rabri, turn off the gas.

Step 3: Now take the bread and cut it into round shapes with the help of a bowl or glass. Now take half a cup of khoya and rub it well. Add pistachios to khoya also.

Fourth Step: Now place the mawa mixture on a bread slice and then put khoya on it and spread it well. Now place another bread slice on top of it. You can use some water to stick them together. When both stick well, keep them in a deep vessel.

Fifth Step: Now add rabri in the vessel in which the bread slices are kept. Your Rasmalai is ready. Serve it chilled.
