Sudhanshu Maharaj reached Parmarth Niketan, congratulated Swami Chidananda on his birthday.
Rishikesh. Parmarth Niketan, located on the sacred banks of Mother Ganga, in the lap of the Himalayas, today became the witness of such a spiritual confluence, where there was a confluence of divine consciousnesses with the darshan of saints and affectionate dialogues. Sudhanshu Maharaj personally came to offer hearty wishes and good wishes especially to Swami Chidanand Saraswati on his holy birthday.
In Parmarth Niketan, Sudhanshu Ji Maharaj was warmly welcomed by the Acharyas and Rishi Kumars of Parmarth Gurukul with Veda mantras, shower of flowers and sound of conch shell. Swami Chidanand Saraswati and Sadhvi Bhagwati Saraswati had a divine meeting with Saint Sudhanshu Maharaj. This is a living vision of that immortal stream of Indian saint tradition which is flowing through the saints for the upliftment of humanity, preservation of culture and expansion of peace in the world.
On this divine occasion, the saints gave the message that today’s era is the era of information. Technology has connected the world, but only spirituality can do the work of connecting hearts. If we connect with our inner silence, then dialogue in the society, trust in the family and peace in the world can automatically be established.
India’s real strength lies in its spiritual heritage. This is the land where victory does not mean establishing authority over anyone, but conquering the ego within oneself. This is the global message of Indian culture and this is also the biggest need of the present time.
The saints said that the coming India will lead the world not only with economic power, but with moral power, self-confidence and spiritual consciousness. The youth will have to embrace modernity while connecting with their roots, because only development is meaningful in which values, dignity and human sensibilities are preserved.
Serious discussions were also held on environmental protection, water conservation and coexistence with nature. Swami Chidanand Saraswati said that the earth is not just a resource, it is our common heritage. Protection of nature is not a matter of any campaign, but a daily spiritual duty of every person. On this occasion, Swami also discussed in detail about Yamuna cleanliness and plantation of saplings on both the banks.
Sudhanshu Maharaj, while appreciating the stream of service, sadhana and sanskar flowing in Parmarth Niketan, said that such spiritual centers are places of inspiration for humanity, where along with recognizing oneself, a person also understands his responsibility towards the society and nature.
He said, I have come on behalf of the entire Sanatan Samaj to express my gratitude to Swami Chidanand Saraswati. We all are greatly indebted to you. You have provided us direction, ideals, messages and teachings. You have shown us all by living life. You are a divine personality who loves nature. Swami presented Rudraksha plant, a divine gift from the Himalayas, to Sudhanshu Maharaj.
