Consume these things for healthy kidney and liver

Liver and Kidney: Liver and kidney are two organs in your body which work day and night to keep you alive without stopping. While kidney removes toxins from your body, liver is the biggest factory of your body which performs more than five hundred functions. But after thirty years both these organs start weakening. In such a situation, if care is not taken, diseases related to liver and kidney start taking hold in the body. Doctor Salim Zaidi is telling what things to include in your diet to keep kidneys and liver healthy after thirty?

Consume these things for healthy kidney and liver:
Barley water: Barley contains a fiber called beta gluten which reduces the filtration load on the kidneys and slowly melts the excess fat accumulated in the liver. Boil two tablespoons of barley in four glasses of water for twenty minutes and drink one glass in the morning and one glass in the evening.

Cucumber and lemon water: Cucumber contains natural water which naturally flushes the kidneys, which dilutes and flushes out creatinine. And lemon contains citrus acid which prevents the formation of kidney stones. Every morning on an empty stomach, drink a glass of lukewarm water mixed with lemon and eat a cucumber in the afternoon.

Amla: Amla contains twenty times more Vitamin C than orange. It repairs liver cells. It also works as an anti-oxidant shield for the kidneys. Eat one to two raw Amla every morning on an empty stomach or drink 30 ml of its fresh juice daily.

Turmeric and black pepper: Consuming black pepper mixed with turmeric reduces fatty liver. Curcumin reduces inflammation of the liver. Also reduces SGOT and SGPT in fatty liver. Mix half a teaspoon of turmeric and a pinch of black pepper in a glass of lukewarm water and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning.

Moringa: Moringa is a superfood which is very beneficial for kidney and liver. There are more than 90 nutrients in drumstick. For this reason, WHO has also called it a magical tree for kidney and liver. You can eat drumstick leaf vegetable three times a week or you can also eat drumstick pod vegetable.
