Sugar free laddu recipe without sugar and jaggery
Step 1- Put 1 tablespoon desi ghee in a pan and heat it. Add half cup pumpkin seeds, half cup watermelon seeds, half cup sunflower seeds, half cup chopped almonds, two tablespoons sesame seeds and fry lightly. Take out all the ingredients after frying. Now add makhana in the pan and roast it till it becomes crispy. Makhana has to be roasted on low medium flame while stirring continuously. Mix all the ingredients and grind them in a mixer jar. Make it like powder. Now add half a cup of seedless dates cut into pieces. Add dates and grind for some time.

Second step- Now take 2 cups of gram sattu in a pan and add a little less than 1 cup of ghee and fry it. Since Sattu is made from roasted gram, it does not need to be roasted for a long time. Sattu will become thin after frying. Let it cool and add the prepared dry fruits mixture to it. Now add some ground cardamom and prepare all the laddus.

No sugar has been used at all in this laddu. If you like slightly sweet laddus then you can add jaggery powder to it. If jaggery powder is not available then you can melt jaggery and mix it. This will make laddus tasty and easy. People on diet can also eat this laddu.
