New Delhi. Vice President CP Radhakrishnan will be on a two-day visit to Uttarakhand on 19 and 20 August. During this, he will interact with the trainee officers of the Indian Forest Service at the Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy (IGNFA), Dehradun and will attend the closing ceremony of the second phase of the IAS professional course at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie, as the chief guest.
The Vice President will visit the IGNFA on August 19 and interact with the officer trainees of the 2025-27 batch of the Indian Forest Service, the Vice President’s Secretariat said on Tuesday.
He will be the chief guest at the valedictory function of the second phase of professional course for IAS officers of 2024 batch at LBSNAA, Mussoorie on August 20. During his visit to the academy, the Vice President will also pay floral tributes to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri.
