Bounty of Rs 95 crore on the head of Trump's son Barron, Netanyahu also makes a big claim

Amidst the increased tension between America and Iran, a case of allegedly threatening video being broadcast on Iranian state TV regarding US President Donald Trump’s son Barron Trump has come to light. According to reports, the video purported to target Barron and showed alleged security information about him. However, the announcement of a reward of $10 million (about Rs 95 crore) has not been independently verified as an official Iranian government order.

Video named ‘Where to Kill Barron Trump’

According to reports, a video of about three minutes was broadcast on Channel 3 of Iranian state TV. This video is said to be associated with media linked to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). Reports say the video has been titled “Where to Kill Barron Trump”. In this, many claims were made regarding the activities of 20-year-old Baron and his security arrangements. It was claimed in the video that Baron’s activities are being monitored. Besides, alleged information regarding their security arrangements was also displayed. According to some reports, his university campus and other places were also mentioned in the video.

Claims also made regarding online activities

Claims were also made in the video about Barron’s online activities. According to reports, it mentioned alleged accounts and online contacts associated with Xbox, FIFA and Discord. It was also claimed that despite the security cordon, a young woman had managed to reach Baron. These claims have not been independently verified.

10 million dollar prize claim

Quoting the video, reports have claimed a reward of $10 million i.e. more than Rs 95 crore for targeting Baron. However, some reports have clarified that the alleged bounty could not be independently verified as an official order from the Iranian government. Even the Jerusalem Post said it could not find the original video on Channel 3’s official platform.

Earlier such video had also surfaced regarding Melania

This is not the first time that content targeting the Trump family has appeared in broadcasts linked to Iranian state media. According to reports, last month a video was also circulated about Melania Trump, in which information related to her public activities and movements was shown.

Netanyahu also has a big allegation

Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has claimed that Iran had tried to assassinate one of his two sons. He said this in a conversation with Israeli Channel 14. However, Netanyahu did not reveal which of his sons was targeted and when or how the alleged conspiracy was attempted. This allegation of Netanyahu has come at a time when tensions between America, Iran and Israel are extremely high. There has been no immediate public reaction from Iran to Netanyahu’s allegation.
