First step- To make Kakoda, buy vegetables as per your requirement. Wash them thoroughly with water. Remove the stalk at the front and cut them into round rings. If you want, you can prepare Kakoda by lightly peeling it or you can prepare it with the peel. If the seeds of Kakoda are ripe then remove them. Raw seeds can be added to vegetables.

Second step- Now for this, cut a big onion thinly, crush some ginger and garlic. Now heat mustard oil in the pan. Add panchforan masala in oil. If it is not there then add cumin, nigella, fenugreek seeds, mustard and fennel in it. After this, add onion, ginger, garlic and chopped cucumber in oil. Mix all the ingredients and add salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder and one spoon fennel powder.

Third step- Cover and cook everything for some time and then cook it while stirring. When the cocoons are cooked, add mango powder to it. Now add finely chopped coriander and serve the vegetable.
