Lucknow. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has announced the change of name of Noida International Airport located at Jewar. The Chief Minister informed about this decision in the press conference held after the conclusion of the State Cabinet meeting in Lucknow.
CM Yogi said that the Cabinet has approved the proposal to change the name of Jewar Airport to ‘Narendra Modi International Airport’. After this decision, the airport located at Jewar in Gautam Buddha Nagar district will be identified in the name of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
During the press conference, the Chief Minister said that the cabinet of the state government has passed the proposal related to the name change. This decision of the government is being seen as an important step related to the naming of Jewar Airport.
